Raffle Rules
- Four (4) winners will be selected to receive one (1) dinner and one (1) spa gift certificate valued at $250 total. Each gift certificate is valued at $125.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America.
- Membership in the Healthy Start Coalition is not required to be eligible. The Raffle is open to everyone.
- Ticket sales end on May 6, 2025, at 6:15 P.M.
- Drawing to be held on May 6, 2025, between 6:15 and 7 P.M. at Beach + Vine located at 1458 Ocean Shore Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32176.
- Winners will be chosen by a random selection.
- Winners need not be present to win.
- The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Winners will be contacted via phone, email and/or mailing address provided at the time of registration within 15 days of drawing.
- Prizes donated by Millennium Wellness Spa, So Napa Grille and The W Agency.
- Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25 (suggested minimum donation).
